Terms of use and conditions for students:
Absence Terms:
- In case a student does not attend a paid class, no refund will be made.
- The students can change the class time, with the teacher’s confirmation, without paying extra fees or fines.
- In case of class cancellation 12 hours prior to the class time, a full refund will be made after the deduction of taxes and payment gateway.
- In case of class cancellation 6 hours prior to the class time, a 50% refund will be made.
- Students must abide by class time and to not waste the teacher’s time.
- Students must commit to self-regulation and honesty when rating a teacher.
- Students must commit to not use inappropriate words or to disrespect their teacher in class or when writing a feedback.
- Skools has the right to deactivate your account in case you received a low rate, or in case of violating any of Skools’ policy, terms or conditions.
- Students commit to abide by Skools policy, terms and conditions.
- In case of being more than 15 minutes late, the class will be considered canceled.
- Students commit to not contact or pay the teacher outside of Skools platform in order to avoid any possible fraud, deception or any problems that Skools will not be able to help you with.
Cancelation Policy:
A full refund shall be made, in case of class cancelation by the teacher.
Terms of use and conditions for the teacher:
- In case a student doesn’t attend a paid class, the teacher has the right to receive the fees, after the deduction of taxes and payment gateway.
- In case a teacher doesn’t attend a paid class for the first time, a full refund shall be made to the student after deduction of taxes and payment gateway.
- In case a teacher doesn’t attend a paid class for the second time, 50% of the class’s fees will be deducted from the teacher, after the deduction of taxes and payment gateway.
- In case a teacher doesn’t attend a paid class for the third time, 100% of the class’s fees will be deducted from the teacher, after the deduction of taxes and payment gateway.
- In case a student is more than 15 minutes late to a class, the student will be considered absent. The teacher has to provide proof that the student didn’t attend.
Cancelation Policy:
- The teacher can change the class time with no extra fees or fines, as long as the two parties agree.
- If a teacher cancels a class 6 hours prior to its time for the first time, no fines shall be applied on the teacher.
- If a teacher cancels a class for the second time, the teacher has to pay 30% of the class’s fees.
- If a teacher cancels a class for the third time, the teacher has to pay 60% of the class’s fees.
- If a teacher cancels a class for a fourth time, the teacher pays 100% of the class’s fees.
- If a student cancels a class 6 hours prior to its time, the teacher will receive 50% of the class’s fees, after the deduction of taxes and payment gateway.
- The student has the right to cancel the class 12 hours prior to its time without any payment.
- Skools has the right to deactivate your account in case you received a low rate, or in case of violating any of Skools’ policy, terms or conditions.
- Teachers must commit to Skools website policy, terms and conditions.
- Teachers must abide by class time and to not waste the student’s time.
- Teachers must commit to self-regulation and honesty when rating a student.
- Teachers must commit to not use inappropriate words or to disrespect their students in class or when writing a feedback.
- Teachers must commit to not receive any payment nor contact their students through any means except Skools. In this case, the account will be immediately deactivated.
